Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 change list
CD Projekt Red is finally getting ready to release Cyberpunk 2077 v1.2, complete with a truly epic change list, after a bit of a delay following a cyber attack on the company.
There are loads of fixes, resolving everything from snags in quests to inappropriate NPC barks and tidying up graphical glitches. It's big enough that the patch notes are broken up into sections:
- Quests
- Open World
- Cinematic Design
- Environment and levels
- Graphics, audio, animation
- UI
- Stability and performance
- Miscellaneous
- PC-specific
- Console-specific
Shaky launch: Cyberpunk 2077 had a rocky launch despite being the most pre-ordered game ever and selling like hotcakes on release. The base models of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One struggled to run the game, many users reported spectacular bugs and others were simply disappointed that the game wasn't exactly as they had expected.
The whole story: Four months later, Cyberpunk 2077 is closer to living up to its potential, thanks to numerous patches. The upcoming DLC will expand the story, and it will be interesting to see if CD Projekt RED can turn the tide on the troubled project.
