Southeast-Asian folklore RPG inspired by Diablo 2 and Titan Quest
Ghostlore brings Southeast-Asian folklore to life as an action RPG, developed by a team of two who just launched the fruits of their efforts into Early Access.
Andrew and Adam Teo were inspired by classic action RPGs like Diablo 2 and Titan Quest, and their Eastpunk take on the genre features pixel art aesthetics and a procedurally generated world as well as solo and co-op play, including split-screen support.
The dev duo has presented a roadmap for the future of the project, which includes a skill system, more maps, item improvements, crafting and expanded Steam Workshop support.
The Early Access release is pretty rich on features already, including a multi-class system that lets you create unique heroes, a glyph system that bestows powers, weapons, amulets, and an asynchronous online trading system.
