Which of the following was hidden in Spyro: A Hero’s Tail’s files?

Spyro and Sparx in front of Hagrid's Hut

ANSWER: Hogwarts!

Plenty of ideas, content and features stay on the cutting room floor after a game ships. Sometimes the clippings even stay in the game but are simply not implemented in the final game content, where curious fans can stumble across them. A great example is a test level left inside Spyro: A Hero’s Tail.

One of the test levels is actually Hogwarts. Yes, the school from Harry Potter. Weirdest crossover ever? Probably not: The developer, Eurocom, worked on the game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and it probably just used some content from that game to do early tests for Spyro: A Hero’s Tail.

What are you planning on picking up this week? We're interested in continuing our story with Triangle Strategy after enjoying the demo, although Gran Turismo 7 has our eye too.
