DailyBits builds personalised news briefings from public sources using AI, and delivers them on the web and by email. We may change, add or remove features over time.

You must provide an accurate email address, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Don't use DailyBits to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Don't resell or republish generated briefings as if they were your own product.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Briefings are produced by automated systems from third-party sources. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. DailyBits is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice — always check the linked original source before acting on anything you read here.

Headlines, excerpts and images are attributed to their original publishers, who retain their rights. We link out rather than replace the original reporting.

You can stop using DailyBits at any time and delete your account from Settings. If a paid plan is purchased through Apple, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyBits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision made on the basis of a briefing.
